ICAD promotes labour intervention at the Air Force in Monchique

On September 17, the Specialised Technical Reintegration Team (ETER) of ICAD, I.P. - CRI Algarve held an awareness-raising session on addictive behaviours and addictions at the Portuguese Air Force's Radar Station No. 1 in Monchique.

The actions, which last 3 hours, are organised for groups of workers with up to 25 participants, in private, public and third sector organisations. This type of intervention is aimed at the organisations' employees and their managers. ETER liaises directly with the respective health and hygiene and human resources services when preparing the programme.

ETER has been running since 2011 and is part of a workplace intervention programme consisting of three projects: awareness-raising, training and follow-up in the workplace, which has covered more than 3,600 workers throughout the Faro district.
