Intervention by the Leiria CRI at the Pombal Health and Wellness Fair

From 2 to 4 May, the Leiria Integrated Response Centre took part in a joint activity with the Public Health Unit of the ULS Região de Leiria at the Health and Wellness Fair, organised by Pombal Town Council and aimed at all residents.

As well as publicising ICAD, I.P.'s mission and workings, information was given on the existing responses.

This Risk Reduction and Harm Minimisation intervention provided advice on sexually transmitted diseases and HIV, VDRL and Hepatitis C screening, and was a demonstration of the importance of working in partnership for the benefit of the community.
