PUBLIC ENROLMENT MODULE
If you identify problematic behaviour such as drug, alcohol, gambling or internet use, you can easily access the form that leads to pre-registration with a team of your choice.
The Public Enrolment Module is an online service designed to make it easier for citizens to access services and responses, allowing direct enrolment for specialised support and assessment of the degree/severity of their situation.

If you have any doubts about the use of illicit or licit psychoactive substances or other non-substance addictive behaviours (gambling, social networks, etc.), or if you know someone who is at risk, you can ask for help on Line 1414.
Line 1414 is an anonymous, free and confidential counselling, information and referral service.
It offers emotional support in crisis situations, clarifies doubts and helps you reflect on issues related to addictive behaviours, addictions and associated themes.
It is open every working day between 10am and 6pm and, in addition to the telephone line, there is an email response service: 1414@icad.min-saude.pt.
This service does not provide appointments for the response network, but facilitates contact or refers you to the Public Enrolment Module.
